Terms of Service

Use of the app

My Reviewer is provided for personal study use. By installing it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your content

The reviewers, cards and files you create remain yours. You are responsible for what you put into the app, for having the right to use any material you import or attach, and for keeping your own backups. Because the app is offline-first and we hold no copy of your content, we cannot recover anything you lose.

Purchases

Some features are unlocked by "Pro", a single one-time purchase billed by the App Store or Google Play. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing lapses, and there is nothing to cancel. The price is set per country by the store and is shown to you before you buy. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy.

Ads

The free app shows ads. How they are personalized is covered in the Privacy Policy. Pro removes ads.

Third-party services

The app uses Apple's App Store or Google Play for purchases, Google AdMob for ads, and — only if you turn on backup — your own iCloud or Google Drive for storage. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost study data, lost time, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, dated below.
